Commodity series: Canadian Ginseng-Chunky

Bubble ginseng refers to the part of American ginseng root closest to the head, retaining the complete head and rootlets, shaped like a human body with a trunk and four limbs. In contrast, regular long-branch American ginseng mainly consists of the taproot and usually does not include rootlets.

As American ginseng is a root plant, the head part is closest to the ground during growth, absorbing ample sunlight, rain, and soil nutrients. Therefore, it typically has a higher saponin content, a sweeter ginseng flavor, a delicate texture, and a milder nature. It has always been considered a premium type of American ginseng and is highly favored by the elderly and families with children.
