Directions for Use (Basic Rehydration Method)

Cleaning the snow fungus: Take an appropriate amount of snow fungus and place it in a clean container.
Soaking and rehydrating: Add plenty of water and soak for about 8–12 hours until the snow fungus is fully expanded and translucent.
Removing impurities: After soaking, carefully remove bark and other impurities, then gently rinse with clean water.
Stewing for consumption: Add the rehydrated snow fungus to prepared sweet soup or dessert and cook for another 5–10 minutes. Do not stew snow fungus for too long, as it may dissolve and affect the texture.

Recommended pairings: Snow fungus can be paired with peach gum, soapberry, red dates, goji berries, and rock sugar to make desserts such as snow fungus and peach gum sweet soup.

Friendly reminder: Rehydration time may vary depending on the size and quality of the snow fungus. Please adjust according to the product packaging instructions. It is recommended to refrigerate the snow fungus during rehydration and cook it as soon as possible after it has been rehydrated.
