After purchasing "Autumn Ginseng One-Day Tour" tickets on the Big Mountain Ginseng website, no physical tickets will be mailed. Big Mountain Ginseng will send the information via email to the email address provided by the purchaser. Please ensure you provide a valid phone number when ordering, as the tour guide will contact you before departure to confirm the specific meeting and boarding times. Physical tickets will be distributed on the day of the trip for prize draws.

  1. The tour fee does not include 13% HST, or tips for the tour guide and driver. Tips are CAD$15 per person.
  2. The bus is expected to depart at 8:00 AM and will not wait for latecomers.
  3. A dedicated person will call 2-3 days before departure to confirm the departure time and location.

  4. Once confirmed, travel vouchers are non-refundable, non-changeable, and non-cancellable. This travel voucher cannot be redeemed for cash. It will not be replaced if lost, stolen, or damaged.
